Scout LaRue Willis shared a heart-warming video with her father Bruce Willis as their family came together to celebrate Thanksgiving.
In the clip, which was posted on her Instagram Story, Scout held her hand out for her dad and she beamed as he placed his hand on top of hers. She then clasped her hand around his tightly. Captioning the video, Scout wrote: “My guy”.
The 32-year-old then posted a picture with her dad as she sweetly rested her head in his hand. Scout looked lovely wearing a white top which was adorned with dainty blue flowers and had big puffy sleeves.
The pair celebrated Thanksgiving with their huge family. Bruce’s wife Emma Heming Willis shared a snap to her social media as they spend some quality time together.
The picture included Bruce’s ex-wife Demi Moore, who he divorced in 2000. The pair are still great friends and share three children together – Scout, Tallulah Willis, 29, and Rumer Willis, 35. All three of the kids were at the holiday celebrations.
Also pictured were Bruce’s two children with Emma – 11-year-old Mabel and 9-year-old Evelyn. Captioning the post, Emma said: “I’m grateful and thankful to know this kind of love. Wishing you all a Happy Thanksgiving.”
Fans loved the family snap and took to the comments to share their well-wishes. “Wishing all of you a blessed Thanksgiving. You have such a beautiful family and your work on caregiving has really moved me. Thank you,” one fan said.
Bruce’s family announced he had been diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia (FTD) last year. The actor was initially diagnosed with aphasia and retired from his Hollywood career.

In a statement, his family said: “To Bruce’s amazing supporters, as a family we wanted to share that our beloved Bruce has been experiencing some health issues and has recently been diagnosed with aphasia, which is impacting his cognitive abilities. As a result of this and with much consideration, Bruce is stepping away from the career that has meant so much to him.”
However, they later announced that Bruce’s condition had progressed to FTD. This type of dementia causes “challenges with communication,” emotional problems, and odd behaviours.
It’s now been announced that Bruce’s condition has sadly worsened. Glenn Gordon Caron, Moonlighting creator and close friend of Bruce, described him as an “extraordinary person”, but said he is now losing his ability to speak.
“Bruce’s disease is a progressive disease, so I was able to communicate with him, before the disease rendered him as incommunicative as he is now,” he told the New York Post. Glenn remembered how his friend “adored waking up every morning and trying to live life to its fullest,” before reflecting on how much Bruce’s disease has seen him decline.
